My Homemade Salsa

cutting and chopping....

Salting and draining.
Cucumbers for marinated salad tonight.
It's one of the kids favorites.
I salt my cucumbers and allow them to drain the water on paper towels on a cookie sheet before I prepare them in my marinade.
This keeps from watering down the marinade.

I just LOVE cilantro!
I love the smell!
I love it in my salsa.
In salads.
And in so many of my recipes.
