Pasta Salad, By Request

This is for my "fran" J of Musings from Left field as well as Jenny G. Following my post about dill weed they had requested my pasta salad recipe. Sorry to take so long in posting the recipe!

Leigh's Pasta Salad
(You can make this with whatever ingredients a you prefer or have on hand)

1 package pasta (your choice), cooked, drained and thoroughly cooled

Vegetables of your choice cut up: (I use or have used): carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, black and green olives, mushrooms, Greek peppers, tomatoes, whatever veggies you prefer

Cheese of you choice. I will usually add at least two of each kind: feta, blue, cheddar, Monterrey jack, Parmesan…whatever I have on hand

Spices: I add about a teaspoon (more or less) of each…I eyeball it: garlic powder, dill weed, Italian seasoning, season salt, I have even added a little bit of dry packaged envelope (not the whole thing) of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. Also add a some ground black pepper and sea salt to taste.

A LARGE bottle of Italian salad dressing

I toss well all of this together in a huge bowl.
It makes and feeds a lot!! I hope you enjoy it
